A SIMPLE WILL

Everyone with children should have a will. A simple will allows a parent to name a guardian for his or her children if the parent dies before the children reach adulthood. It's very important for parents of young children to formally nominate a guardian who will raise their children according to the parent's wishes and values. Without a will, the parent's wishes for a guardian may never be known or considered.
